[Job Responsibilities]

1. Purchasing & Business Assistant: Place orders, calculate customs declaration fees, transportation fees, etc., reconcile accounts, organize price data, etc.;

2. Sales Assistant: Assist sales representatives in being responsible for the sales and promotion of designated products; assist sales representatives in achieving departmental sales targets according to marketing plans; assist sales representatives in promptly understanding customer needs and establishing and maintaining good communication channels with customers; assist sales representatives in actively expanding new markets and acquiring new customers.

3. HR & Administration: Search and organize resumes, invite candidates for interviews, and arrange visits for interviewees; compile recruitment information and assist HR in providing recruitment data; handle daily welfare procurement, office supplies procurement, fixed asset management, etc.; be responsible for organizing and arranging daily activities.
